ELECTRICAL- ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEERS

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

• Should have 2-3 Yrs hands on experience on Pro cabling & assembly drawings
• Produces 3D layout and drgs of wiring harness and other components using pro-e, Including circuit schematic and harness clamping design. Generates drawings and bill of material.
• Electrical network analysis skills, component (connectors/Terminals etc.,) selection. Selection of switches, sensor, electrical component (Alternator, starter, battery, fuse box etc) wire connector, terminal, relay, fuses, etc.
• Schematics creation and validation using Vesys. Knowledge of routing design, clamping mechanisms, assembly and costing.
• Good in project execution and program management as per QCD (Quality Customer Delivery) parameters.
• Maintaining RFQ Response time.
• Generates alternate concept for integration of electrical /electronic components after studying the product profile requirements including component packaging.
• Defines performance and acceptance criterion for packaging of electrical /electronic components and coordinates with sub system supplier to develop components.
• Conduct analysis and determines root causes for issues arising during the design and release process.
• Provides assistance and liaison to other design functions within the vendor to improve products and resolve problems.
• Prepares project documentation, and participates in design review at various design  phases.

Tool knowledge

• Software Skills in Pro/E (Pro- Cabling, Pro Cabling (WF4)
• Knowledge in Reverse engineering of auto components, modeling, detailing and design support.
• Schematic tools like Vesys, Capital harness, KABI etc.
• Software or Embedded knowledge related to domain will be the added advantage.
